Metallic self-lubricating bearings
Technoslide are your local suppliers of metallic self-lubricating bearings. These bearings are available in a variety of forms such as cylindrical wrapped bushes, flanged bushes, thrust washers, or as special parts manufactured to a customer’s specific requirements. Our metallic self-lubricating bearings come in several different forms:
- CSB250 - Cast iron with graphite oilless bearings
- CSB650 - Cast bronze with graphite oilless bearings
- CSB420 - This new type material uses resin and lubricating additive as the friction surface and steel material as backing metal
- CSB-SNF - The base material for sintered parts such as sliding bearings or other formed parts are iron, bronze, iron with bronze and other metal in powder form
- CSB450 - is the Steel backed bronze alloy lined bearing material, the work surface can be produced with an oil groove if requested, which can improve lubrication
- CSB850BM - metal backed bronze with graphite lined bearing materials, sintered layers are of special copper alloy containing uniformly dispersed solid lubricants
- CSB850S - Metal backed with bronze alloy graphite oilless bearings
- FB090 - The bearings are wrapped of a cold formable homogenous bronze (CuSn8), which gives exceptional material properties
- FB09G - The bearings are wrapped of a cold formable homogenous bronze (CuSn8), which gives exceptional material properties
- FT090 - derived from FB090 bearings, but with the difference that the indentations on the sliding surface are replaced by holes, which have a greater capacity to collect the lubricant compared with the indentations.
